MAARTEN MOURIK

Maarten Mourik is an Amsterdam based artist who enjoys working at the intersection of genres and conventions. In previous projects, he has crossed a-capella with theatre, biopic with stand-up comedy, theatre with documentary film and short stories with photography. For his latest project, The Mostest Colour, he crosses a monologue with photography. Wholly unrelated to his art, Maarten is also a 2011 World Championship Synchronized Swimming Gold Medalist (Men’s/Teams/40+).
